Modular Cleanrooms require a fire rating of at least Class B1; choose panels with fire-retardant cores like magnesium oxide or calcium silicate to meet safety regulations. For vibration-sensitive electronic production, select panels with a density of 600-800 kg/m³ to ensure structural stability and reduce resonance risks.
Electronic factories often use corrosive cleaning agents, so panels must have chemical-resistant surface coatings. Epoxy resin or PVDF-coated steel panels are ideal, as they resist acid-base corrosion and are easy to wipe clean. Static control is critical: choose panels with a surface resistance of 10⁶-10¹¹ Ω to dissipate static electricity and avoid electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage to chips.
Modular cleanroom design demands easy installation; select panels with interlocking edge structures to reduce on-site assembly time and minimize construction dust. Calculate the total cost of ownership, not just the initial purchase price. For example, while aluminum honeycomb panels have a higher upfront cost, their lightweight design reduces structural load and lowers long-term maintenance expenses.
